PhZD is a duo from Flint, Michigan, and they treat music as an art form. They focus on using their experience to craft emotionally charged music that is simple, but hardly simplistic. Most of the time the music they release can be categorized as ‘Hip-Hop/Rap’ but PhZD refuses to be limited by a genre.

In April 2019 PhZD’s song “Own Your Heart” was featured in a short-film by square called “Forged in Flint”

That same year they graced stage as an opening act at Kettering University’s Centennial Celebration hosted by Beats X Beer where T-Pain was the headlining act.

The beginning 2020 the duo met legendary keyboardist Amp Fiddler from the iconic group Parliment- Funkadelic.

In March 2020 Bandcamp featured PhZD’s single “MOON” as one of their weekly picks
